How to Enter

Residents of Trinidad and Tobago between the ages of 6 and 18 are invited to enter the Heritage is Me Art Competition!

1. Create a piece of art based on a built or natural heritage site in your community or on our Heritage Asset Inventory. It can be a drawing, painting, digital art, collage or mixed media. Artwork can be sized from A3 (11.75″ x 16.5″) to 5ft x 5ft.
2. Complete the Entry Form
3. Drop in/Mail completed artwork and entry form to
   • Port of Spain – The National Trust Office (Sterling Building, 68-70 Sackville Street, Port of Spain) Digital artwork in PNG format can be emailed to info@nationaltrust.tt
   • San Fernando – Courts, High Street, San Fernando
     Contact: Ms. Stacey Khan Mahabir
   • Chaguanas – Courts Chaguanas, Seereeram Brothers Compound. Main Road, Chaguanas. Contact: Mr. Ronald Ramquar

All entries must be received by 3:00PM April 5th.

Judging Criteria

The artwork must be an original piece that you created. The judges will look at the following:

• Relevance to the theme – Heritage is Me
• Creative interpretation of the theme
• Originality
• Command of the chosen medium
• Creativity

12 Finalists will have their work exhibited at Mille Fleurs on Sunday 18th April 2021 International Day for Monuments and Sites.
