The Inventory of Properties of Interest is the official list of Trinidad and Tobago’s heritage sites that are worthy of notation and preservation. The inventory is authorized by the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago Act of 1991 and is by no means exhaustive. It is a part of an ongoing national programme to enhance understanding and support for preservation efforts to identify, evaluate and legally protect our heritage.
The Inventory of Properties of Interest is constantly updated by the National Trust. Research is conducted daily and the Trust welcomes any historical information and oral histories the public wishes to share with us concerning these sites. Please fill out our feedback form and someone will get back to you shortly.
