Draft Strategic Plan 2019-2023

Dear Members,

I am pleased to submit our draft Strategic Plan for your review. You will note that we have not yet formatted it into the final document, complete with pictures etc. This will be done after the member’s review as we expect that there may be changes/additions/suggestions that we would want to accommodate. The Plan has been posted below. I ask that all comments be submitted in writing no later than the 7th December 2018 by email to info@nationaltrust.tt . Any questions that you may have on the plan can also be emailed to that address, prior to the 7th December 2018. The Council wishes to formally adopt the plan by the end of the year so that implementation can start at the beginning of 2019.

I also want to take this opportunity to remind all members of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on the 28th November 2018, at the Old Fire Station in Port of Spain. It will start immediately after the last of the Time Line Lecture Series, which commences at 5.00pm sharp. This lecture features the ‘Coco Panyols’ and like all of the others, will be very informative. I have re attached the flyer of the lecture series.

Those who have not been able to update their membership can do so on the day. Please note the new membership fees that were attached to the notice of the Annual General Meeting.

I hope to see all of you at the Annual General Meeting and I look forward to your comments on the Strategic Plan.

Margaret McDowall,

Chairman
